💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Mid-Market AEs driving new business and expansions for EliseAI's housing platform, a category-defining AI solution for property management. Your core impact will be owning the revenue target, coaching your team through complex sales cycles, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. This role offers the chance to shape a rapidly scaling $100M+ ARR company backed by Andreessen Horowitz.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs.
  • Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, and expansions.
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE with proven success.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager.
  • Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range.

  • Comfortable coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles (procurement, legal, multi-product).
