Description

You will own and lead bi-weekly release approval processes and large-scale cross-team E2E testing cycles for a core product component. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with proactive system-level thinking to improve release stability, quality, and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong technical background (QA, Automation, Software, Systems, or Support Engineering)
• Hands-on experience with E2E testing in complex systems
• Ability to perform basic debugging and root cause analysis
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of E2E release testing cycles
• Monitor, analyze, and drive resolution of test failures
• Work closely with Development, Automation, and Ops teams
• Identify recurring issues and lead long-term stabilization efforts
• Improve tools, processes, and standards for release quality
