💼 About This Role

You'll build data pipelines and design reporting workflows for a $40B real estate debt portfolio. Your work will directly enable asset management decisions and process automation. You'll collaborate with investment professionals to translate complex debt workflows into scalable tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain data pipelines from servicing systems and remittance files.
• Develop Python and SQL processes to ingest, clean, and warehouse data.
• Design data visualizations for loan, property, and bond-level analysis.
• Implement workflow automation to identify outliers and streamline oversight.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in data engineering or quantitative analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building data structures and automation.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a quantitative discipline.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to real estate, credit, or investment analysis.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
