💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary onsite escalation point for complex technical issues at BAMKO's Phoenix office. You'll support a mixed environment of Windows and macOS endpoints and resolve escalated issues using Google Workspace and Entra ID. This role focuses on maintaining IT service continuity in a fast-paced, award-winning company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary onsite escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Deploy and configure software using NinjaOne or endpoint management tools.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning.
  • Maintain inventory and readiness of spare devices, peripherals, and accessories.

📋 Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and Entra ID.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms like NinjaOne.
  • Experience with standard productivity tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office).
