Description

You will lead the Studios practice, managing 360 campaigns from concept to completion for consumer and entertainment clients. You'll develop budgets, staffing plans, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget while mentoring and inspiring your project management team.

Requirements

  • Experience overseeing delivery of best in class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies
  • Exceptional ability to manage long-term multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks
  • Deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles across Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Brands
  • Strong leadership skills to set expectations and lead by example
  • Ability to work in hybrid capacity based in New York City

Responsibilities

  • Develop project budgets and staffing plans that meet client needs and preserve margins
  • Manage 360 campaigns across AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action, and Experiential
  • Act as client point of contact across workstreams in coordination with Account Management
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire associate to senior level project management team members
  • Establish best practices for efficient workflows and profitability tracking
