💼 About This Role
You'll lead a pod of Measurement Strategy Managers who own end-to-end customer relationships at a causal inference platform trusted by top brands. Your core impact is developing a high-performing team that drives customer value, renewal, and expansion through rigorous experimentation. You'll also help elevate customer conversations from tactical execution to strategic business impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and coach a team of Measurement Strategy Managers and Leads
- Own aggregate customer health and renewal outcomes for your pod
- Set and uphold quality standards for experiment design and analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to remove blockers and accelerate value realization
📋 Requirements
- People management experience with coaching and performance feedback
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing measurement (incrementality, lift testing, attribution)
- Proven ability to coach on experiment design and executive communication
- Track record of influencing renewal and expansion outcomes
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior player-coach experience in a management-heavy role
- Experience building playbooks or career frameworks for CX/CS teams
