Description

You will lead and coach a pan-European team of Partner Managers, driving local market strategy and high-impact partnerships for a leading shipping platform. Your role combines people leadership with hands-on strategic deal-making to build deep regional ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Business Development in SaaS/Tech
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing talent
  • Understanding of pipeline generation mechanics and partner incentives
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a team of Partner Managers through weekly sessions and performance reviews
  • Foster a high-performance culture of ownership, speed, and winning
  • Define strategy to capture key local partners (ERPs, agencies) across European markets
  • Support team on complex negotiations and manage select high-impact partnerships personally
  • Own pipeline generation targets and drive revenue growth from partner channel
