💼 About This Role

You'll unblock customers facing technical obstacles across FloQast's Accounting Transformation Platform and its ecosystem of integrations. You'll troubleshoot issues, perform hands-on configuration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration outcomes. This role requires working in-office 3 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own support cases, prioritize, and deliver solutions via email and screen share
• Troubleshoot error messages and identify root causes of technical issues
• Perform technical configuration to optimize customer environments
• Develop expertise in assigned SME areas like integrations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Technical Support or related field
• High EQ with ability to assess customer urgency and deliver empathetic support
• Critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environment, especially fintech or enterprise software
• Ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA
• Database querying (SQL) or API troubleshooting
