You'll own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of growth customers at Braze, ensuring they maximize value through our customer engagement platform. Your core impact is driving upsell and renewal targets while collaborating cross-departmentally. This role combines consulting, sales, and project management skills with leading brands.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own commercial relationship to drive upsell and renewal targets
- Analyze customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback to product team
- Collaborate cross-department with Success, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience renewing and expanding SaaS contracts
- Proven success navigating organizations and identifying decision makers
- Experience in SaaS sales for mobile and/or marketing technology
- Prior use of Salesforce.com CRM or similar pipeline management

- Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, marketing automation solutions
- Collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing/Sales Enablement teams
- Knowledge of digital trends in mobile, web, and email space
