Description

You will lead application upgrades for Ivalua's cloud-based procurement platform, working closely with customers to analyze gaps, design migration paths, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful production deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions
• Deep knowledge of Ivalua solution and Ivalua certified in S2C and P2P
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Present new version to customers for upgrades and evaluate impact on existing features
• Drive customer sessions to support understanding of new solution and promote innovation
• Address and document gaps between new version and current version in production
• Coordinate internal design issues during upgrade and document macro-planning
• Provide effort estimates for enhancements and propose Statements of Work
