💼 About This Role

You'll manage maintenance programs and KPIs across multiple plant locations for a medical waste processing company. Your role ensures optimal equipment performance and minimizes downtime. This position offers hybrid work with travel across North America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own maintenance department programs, SOPs, and KPIs
• Implement CMMS procedures and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Provide hands-on and remote leadership to maintenance technicians
• Design machine upgrades to reduce costs and downtime

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
• 5+ years managing a maintenance team in a multi-site environment
• Experience integrating CMMS with PLCs, HMIs, and IIOT sensors
• Strong data analytics with MS Office Suite
