💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical expert for NETGEAR's ProAV solutions, handling customer onboarding, field engineering, and pre-sales support. Your core impact will be ensuring successful deployments of AV-over-IP networks for clients. This role stands out for its mix of deep technical work and industry engagement at conferences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding for U.S. customers implementing ProAV switches and third-party integrations
• Deliver remote and on-site training on AV-over-IP network design and configuration
• Provide advanced on-site troubleshooting for complex timing, multicast, or interoperability issues
• Support pre-sales with technical scoping, demonstrations, and BOM creation

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems or AV-over-IP technologies
• Deep knowledge of AV-over-IP networking products and multicast networking
• Hands-on deployment experience with AVB, Dante, Q-SYS, or Crestron
• Field experience troubleshooting complex AV-over-IP systems

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, AVIXA CTS, or Dante
• Experience in a Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering capacity
