You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact rebuild-phase SaaS business. Drive expansion, renewals, and customer outcomes while helping define the future of the Account Management function.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR and deliver against expansion, renewal, and retention targets.
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage renewal cycles and execute recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities.
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems or logistics tech.
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows.
