You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact rebuild-phase SaaS business. Drive expansion, renewals, and customer outcomes while helping define the future of the Account Management function.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own NRR and deliver against expansion, renewal, and retention targets.
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage renewal cycles and execute recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities.
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems or logistics tech.
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows.
