You'll take ownership of the internal technology ecosystem for a fast-growing, fully remote legal-tech organization, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. You'll act as the main point of contact for internal tech support and drive workflow improvements and automation across the tech stack. This role blends technical administration with operational improvement, offering high autonomy and meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary internal IT resource for support and troubleshooting
• Train team members to improve tool adoption and workflows
• Identify gaps in system usage and drive improvements
• Maintain documentation and best practices for internal systems
• Collaborate with implementation partners on CRM configuration

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in IT systems administration
• Strong experience with modern SaaS tools and collaboration platforms
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (SSO, MFA)
• Experience supporting remote teams in distributed environments

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems
• Interest in automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows
