You'll join the closing team at a next-generation financial services company, scheduling closings and working directly with title agents. You'll ensure documents meet regulatory compliance and company standards while managing a high volume of files. This role stands out for its direct impact on members' financial journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure files and documents meet compliance requirements.
• Confirm documents are drawn and meet turn times.
• Process minimum of 3 files per day.
• Reconcile and approve Closing Disclosure.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of Closing experience
• Knowledge of TRID guidelines
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• Conventional, FHA/VA, Home Equity experience
• Knowledge of Encompass preferred
