💼 About This Role

You'll join Megaport's Network Operations Engineering team to maintain a scalable, reliable global network and provide level 3 support for critical services. You'll lead incident resolution, drive automation, and collaborate with engineering on enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support capacity management and network procurement
• Lead network redesign initiatives for performance and cost
• Manage assigned network projects end-to-end
• Mentor Operations Engineers and conduct training

📋 Requirements

• Production experience with IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS
• Experience operating optical networks with DWDM and ROADM
• Hands-on experience with Juniper and Cisco hardware
• Proven incident resolution and network maintenance experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Linux and scripting in Perl or Python
• Experience with Opengear platform for out-of-band management
