As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Osano, you will own and manage a book of high-value accounts, driving retention and expansion through strong relationships and data-informed strategies. You'll partner with customers to define success criteria, monitor health signals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Experience managing retention and expansion metrics (GRR, NRR, churn)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and customer health
  • Technical acumen with SaaS products and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a strategic book of business end-to-end
  • Drive retention and expansion (GRR, NRR, upsell)
  • Monitor customer health and proactively mitigate churn risks
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive product adoption
  • Analyze product usage data to inform account strategy
