Description
You will drive revenue growth by managing inbound leads and generating outbound pipeline for ROLLER's leisure and attractions SaaS platform. You'll conduct discovery, build custom presentations, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to close mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business
- Fluent in German and English
- 5-7 years of closing sales experience, SaaS preferred
- Proven ability to achieve growth success metrics
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and decision-making structure
- Build and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline through qualified leads and proactive outbound prospecting
- Develop strategic plans for territory and forecast revenue achievement
