You'll oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities management, vendor coordination, and light Tier 1 IT support for a philanthropic community in Washington, DC. You'll ensure a safe and efficient workplace while serving as a primary point of contact for employee needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily office operations and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and property managers
• Provide Tier 1 IT support including troubleshooting
• Track and resolve requests through a ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in office operations or facilities
• Experience providing Tier 1 IT support in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
