You'll support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting, helping with daily activities and building life skills. You'll represent their needs and assist with transportation to community activities. This role offers per diem availability and a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support with household chores and meal preparation.
• Assist with recreational and physical fitness activities.
• Transport individuals to community activities using company or personal vehicle.
• Contribute to program planning and implementation.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license and auto insurance with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting.
• Basic computer skills, experience using Therap.
