Description

You will lead multiple Blank Street stores, driving team performance, customer experience, and commercial success. You'll coach and develop teams, own P&L, and ensure operational excellence while scaling the brand.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week, five days including peak trading days (Friday-Sunday)
• Experience in multi-site management or general management
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Proven track record in driving commercial performance
