💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team by providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales
• Step in and lead the sales floor when manager is away
• Open and close the store, process sales and register closeout
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
