🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments on flagged residents.

📋 Requirements

• Certified and licensed NP in NJ with ANCC or equivalent.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• Valid NJ driver's license and comfortable with local travel.
