Description

As a Detail Department Manager, you will lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets by managing vehicle movement, overseeing repairs, and ensuring quality standards. You'll coach and develop your team while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses
• Coach, develop, and performance manage assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
