📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years experience in Agile environments with enterprise coaching
• 5+ years coaching mature Agile teams beyond initial adoption
• Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks in real-world contexts
• Experience across multiple teams and business units in complex structures
