You'll own pre-sales technical activities for Cyara's AI-powered CX assurance platform, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts. You'll architect solutions integrating with customers' tech stacks, turning their CX strategies into production-ready deployments. This role offers the chance to influence product direction and mentor junior architects.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead pre-sales technical activities including demos, POCs, and discovery
- Architect solutions integrating Cyara with customer tech stacks
- Present at customer events and executive-level engagements
- Create technical sales materials and mentor junior team members
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
- Enterprise sales experience from discovery to close
- Experience in CX, contact center, IVR, or testing technologies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with contact center platforms like Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco
- Familiarity with AI/ML testing or conversational AI
- Background in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
