You'll own pre-sales technical activities for Cyara's AI-powered CX assurance platform, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts. You'll architect solutions integrating with customers' tech stacks, turning their CX strategies into production-ready deployments. This role offers the chance to influence product direction and mentor junior architects.

  • Lead pre-sales technical activities including demos, POCs, and discovery
  • Architect solutions integrating Cyara with customer tech stacks
  • Present at customer events and executive-level engagements
  • Create technical sales materials and mentor junior team members

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Enterprise sales experience from discovery to close
  • Experience in CX, contact center, IVR, or testing technologies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with contact center platforms like Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco
  • Familiarity with AI/ML testing or conversational AI
  • Background in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
