🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze financial information and interview client management.
• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions.
• Assist with SEC filings and regulatory compliance.
• Research and document new ASC accounting standards.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or CPA/MBA with experience.
• 2-5 years in public accounting or industry finance.
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
