Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center, managing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. You'll coach and develop your team, enforce safety standards, and ensure efficient workflow while maintaining Carvana's high vehicle quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement in inspection center to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team on quality control standards to minimize re-work
