💼 About This Role

You'll build production ML models in fraud, trust & safety, and compliance domains at a Y Combinator-backed fintech. You'll tackle imbalanced data and cold start problems while establishing ML infrastructure foundations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver production ML models for fraud, trust & safety, and compliance
• Tackle classification problems with extreme class imbalance and sparse signals
• Design feature services, model training pipelines, and serving standards
• Use graph-based techniques and LLMs to improve signal extraction

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years applied ML experience in risk, fraud, or compliance domains
• Proven track record of shipping ML models from research to production
• Expertise in classification with imbalanced labels and cold start challenges
• Hands-on ML infrastructure experience with feature stores and training pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS experience building ML products for enterprise customers
• Familiarity with graph, LLM-based feature generation, or AI agent workflows
• Experience scaling ML across multiple products or risk domains
