🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide full-service HR support to assigned departments.
• Lead employee relations investigations and promote inclusive workplace.
• Drive talent strategies including workforce planning and retention.
• Support managers in performance management and goal setting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred.
• 4-6 years experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS.
