You'll lead mechanical engineering projects and client relationships for an employee-owned engineering firm. Your core impact will be expanding engineering services across California and the West Coast. This role prioritizes project management and business development over routine design tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a seller-doer to grow Washington and Pacific Northwest markets.
• Manage and lead engineering projects with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide mechanical engineering oversight for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform QA/QC reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PE license in Washington (required)
• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience for commercial/industrial facilities
• Project management and client relationship experience

• Experience supporting regional or market growth initiatives
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit (oversight level)
