You'll build and scale the core analytics infrastructure powering decision-making across a fast-growing Web3 technology organization. You will design and own end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights used by teams across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance. This role blends data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform ownership in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve end-to-end analytics data pipelines
• Design self-serve data products like curated datasets and dashboards
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks
• Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or similar role
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling and optimization
• Strong Python skills for pipelines, automation, and integration
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics like funnels, retention, CAC, LTV
