Description

You will drive the strategic development of Anduril's worldwide IP portfolio, draft and negotiate IP provisions for various agreements, and provide legal counsel on IP matters. You'll partner with engineering and product teams to embed IP protection best practices and manage outside counsel.

Requirements

• JD from top-tier accredited law school and active license to practice law
• Patent Bar License in good standing
• 6+ years IP law experience, particularly patent prosecution
• Deep knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and government data rights (FAR/DFARS, Bayh-Dole)
• U.S. Person status due to export-controlled data access
