💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 4 data engineers in Qonto's Risk Compliance department, building reliable reporting and AI-powered tools for regulatory compliance across multiple markets. Your team's data lands directly on governance committees' desks, and you'll drive the shift toward AI-augmented data operations with Claude Code for SQL generation. You'll own end-to-end delivery of DBT models and ensure audit trails for all reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy Claude Code for SQL generation and review to reduce errors and late delivery.
• Manage team operations: ticket dispatch, 1:1s, performance KPIs, and Red Bins.
• Build and ship DBT data models for reporting and risk indicators to production.
• Document all reporting and tools to ensure audit trail and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced SQL and DBT in production with lineage and tests.
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience for a small technical team.
• Rigor and AI fluency with processes to catch compliance data errors.
• English mandatory; French strongly preferred.
