• Structure and prioritize roadmap and backlog.
• Conduct plannings, reviews, and dailies with squad.
• Create seamless flows between modules (e.g., R&S → Admission → Time Tracking).

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a PM in digital products.
• Proficiency in AI tools for productivity.
• Platform thinking: understand cross-module impact.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs and OKRs.
