Description

You will design, operationalize, and deliver learning experiences across the employee lifecycle at Peloton, focusing on management skills and people leadership development. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, manage programs, facilitate sessions, and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building both in-person and digital learning programs
  • Ability to identify learning needs and create solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Experience facilitating a variety of learning sessions
  • Strong project management skills for end-to-end program delivery
  • Analytical skills to measure and track program effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Director, People Business Partners, and leaders to identify learning needs aligned with strategic priorities
  • Manage key learning programs with end-to-end project plans including communications, logistics, delivery, and measurement
  • Design and deliver engaging programs for foundational leadership skills (feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, etc.)
  • Facilitate dynamic learning sessions in virtual and in-person formats
  • Measure and track program effectiveness through engagement, retention, and behavioral change analysis
