πΌ About This Role
You'll support EMEA Finance Operations by managing day-to-day financial administration and operational support across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll own budget tracking, vendor purchase orders, accounts payable, and payment monitoring, enabling smooth office operations. This role is essential to a rapidly scaling AI startup valued at $15 billion.
π― What You'll Do
- Maintain EMEA budget trackers and reconcile against NetSuite cost centers
- Own end-to-end EMEA purchase order process including vendor onboarding
- Monitor EMEA AP queue and serve as primary contact for vendor invoice inquiries
- Coordinate multi-currency vendor payments and support VAT documentation
π Requirements
- 2+ years in finance operations, AP, or administrative roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

- NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
- Additional European languages (French, Swedish)
- International shipping operations experience
