You'll lead the transformation of Kensington's product function from manual to tech-enabled, owning end-to-end product strategy. Your decisions will directly impact lead generation, conversion, revenue, and margin. This high-impact leadership role combines product judgment, operational discipline, and commercial acumen.

- Build and operationalize scalable product model for itinerary volume
- Drive measurable commercial impact on growth and margin
- Define and enforce quality standards across travel itineraries
- Represent Kensington product at industry forums and trade shows
๐ Requirements
- Travel industry experience is a must
- 10โ15+ years in Travel Product, Merchandising, or Category leadership
- Proven track record in scaling product and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with tech-enabled mindset
