You will partner with executive teams to improve processes, systems, and data quality, ensuring scalable and repeatable outcomes in a global, remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in revenue operations with direct, channel, and alliance partnerships
• Data-driven analytical approach with high attention to detail
• Track record of providing insight through CRM and revenue operations technology
• Exceptional academic track record and undergraduate degree in STEM or Economics
• Strong communication, presentation, and English skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable revenue operations across direct, indirect, and online channels
• Lead a team of revenue operations analysts in developing policies and driving processes
• Drive sales engagement, training, enablement, data enrichment, CRM, CPQ, analytics, and commissions
• Instrument metrics and reporting to monitor revenue operations effectiveness
• Own commission plans and lead goal-setting and evaluation processes
