📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in financial crimes risk management or compliance
• Strong expertise in virtual assets, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and blockchain technologies
• Experience designing and implementing risk-based controls or frameworks
• Background in AML, sanctions, or anti-bribery and corruption
