💼 About This Role

You'll own major parts of our AI stack at a Legal AI company. You'll prototype zero-to-one workflows, design multi-step and RAG-based pipelines, and push features into production that real attorneys use within days. Your work directly shapes how legal teams review contracts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own major product surfaces using retrieval, reasoning, and multi-step AI pipelines
• Prototype and productionize new AI workflows for contract review and clause analysis
• Improve LLM orchestration, prompt-library, evaluation tooling, and RAG strategies
• Build backend services for multi-tenant enterprise customers with high-volume workloads

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering skills building production systems end to end
• Experience shipping ML or LLM-powered products at scale
• Ability to design multi-step pipelines and agentic workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, Next.js/React, Postgres/pgvector
• Familiarity with Cloud Run and multi-provider LLM orchestration
