You will articulate Built's value proposition to executives in large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors, developing and executing a sales strategy for the assigned market segment. You'll qualify prospects, build business cases for software adoption, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals, focusing on transforming the construction industry from manual processes to digital solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years full sales cycle experience with consultative approach
  • Enterprise software sales experience in slow-to-adopt verticals
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment
  • Deliver value proposition to C-suite executives with limited software experience
