You will lead and expand Stability AI's global sales efforts across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of account executives and SDRs, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years B2B software sales experience, 5+ in leadership
- Experience recruiting and leading sales teams in startup environment
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and business applications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional sales team
- Develop and implement global sales strategy for AI products
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite
- Build and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
