Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and preserve building safety through general upkeep. You'll provide excellent customer service and work weekends/evenings with on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly
• Personal reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency
