You'll act as the CEO's strategic force multiplier, accelerating commercial growth in data center and energy infrastructure sectors. You'll bridge strategy and execution, driving revenue-generating initiatives from deal support to market intelligence. This high-impact leadership role offers direct exposure to executive negotiations and board-level materials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute go-to-market initiatives for data center and energy infrastructure sectors
• Partner with CEO to lead high-stakes negotiations and business development meetings
• Build market intelligence on power grids, GPU cloud, and data center real estate
• Act as high-EQ representative of CEO with investors, hyperscalers, and energy providers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or equivalent
• Proven quantitative skills: build financial models and write investment memos
• Deep interest in AI infrastructure including power grids and liquid cooling
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with ownership mentality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a Series A-C tech startup in a Head of Ops/Growth role
• Background in energy or data center real estate
