Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technology solutions/development
• Experience with open source languages (JavaScript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, Rust)
• Experience building on blockchain systems (XRPL preferred)
• Proven customer service experience in tech
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage partners to identify difficulties and implement custom solutions
• Assess technical complexity, implementation risks, and execution approach
• Develop solutions based on XRPL and Ripple products
• Provide world-class technical customer service
• Influence roadmap and product development of RippleX
