Description

You will join a best-in-class Technical Services Team to troubleshoot Bevi machines via phone and email, provide guidance on installations and maintenance, and drive process improvements to ensure peak machine performance. Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the company's mission to eliminate single-use bottles.

Requirements

  • Maintain consistent schedule of 11am-7pm CT / 12pm-8pm ET
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  • Proficiency in independent judgment and decision making
  • Ability to multitask: calls, emails, tickets, and team support
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve troubleshooting processes to enhance customer experience
  • Troubleshoot non-routine hardware/software failures without documented guidance
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts via phone and email
  • Support upsell and inbound inquiries, routing leads to appropriate teams
  • Communicate opportunity areas and ticket trends to engineering teams
