💼 About This Role

You'll join Notion's founding sales team in Korea to help define the sales motion and drive revenue. You'll experiment with outbound strategies and handle inbound requests to generate enterprise opportunities. This role offers the chance to shape Notion's future product while working with a passionate global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Experiment on outbound activity to decision makers with customized messaging.
  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion.
  • Qualify prospects to determine if they fit Notion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to hit revenue targets.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales/SDR experience in SaaS tech or high-growth environment.
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in Korean and business-level English.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise sales or business development in Korea.
  • Strong technical chops for speaking about implementations.
  • Builder's mentality with comfort in ambiguity.
