💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to the entire recruiting life-cycle for Waymo's Onboard Engineering team, building an equitable and inclusive hiring system. You'll manage hiring manager relationships, perform recruiting analyses to optimize search strategy, and extend, negotiate, and close offers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruiting life-cycle including sourcing and candidate care.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers to define scope and advise on leveling.
• Perform recruiting analyses to optimize search strategy and productivity.
• Extend, negotiate, and close offers with hiring managers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience at international companies.
• Experience leading hiring strategy for complex technical organizations.
• Proven success building relationships with senior business leaders.
• Aptitude for software engineering hiring profiles and technical terminology.
