Description

You will join Remote's GTM team as a Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term contract, responsible for full-cycle recruitment, creating world-class candidate experiences, and using data to improve hiring processes. You'll work closely with leadership to scale talent and embody Remote's values while supporting a diverse global team.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment at tech start-up/scale-up
• Previous GTM recruiter experience hiring Sales, Marketing profiles
• Ability to handle high volume applications with quality and diversity focus
• Strong track record in high pace hiring environment
• Experience with Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime) and adopting new tools

• Track and report hiring progress to leadership
• Proactively improve recruiting strategy and pipeline
